LUGB series pipeline vortex flowmeter is composed of vortex generator, detection probe and corresponding electronic circuit. When the fluid flows through the vortex generator, two alternate rows of vortices are formed on both sides of the vortex generator, which is called Karman vortex street. On the basis of Karman vortex street theory, Strouhal proposed that the frequency of Karman vortex street is directly proportional to the flow velocity of fluid, and gave the relationship between frequency and flow velocity: < br / >

These alternating vortices form a series of alternating negative pressure, which acts on the detection probe to form a series of alternating electrical signals. After being converted, shaped and amplified by the preamplifier, the pulse frequency signal (or standard signal) in direct proportion to the vortex synchronization is output.

The output of the sensor is pulse frequency, which is linear with the actual flow rate of the measured fluid. The zero point has no drift, the performance is very stable, and the structure is various, including pipeline and plug-in flow sensors;

The measurement range is wide, when the Reynolds number is 2 & times; 104 ~7× In the range of 1:106, it can reach 1:20;
The pressure loss is small (about 1 / 4 ~ 1 / 2 of the orifice flowmeter), which is an energy-saving flow meter;
The installation method is flexible, according to the site process pipeline is blocked, it can be installed horizontally, vertically and at different angles;
The anti-interference circuit and anti vibration sensor head are used, which has a certain anti environmental vibration performance;
Using ultra-low power consumption single chip microcomputer technology, a 3v10ah lithium battery can be used for more than 5 years;
The nonlinearity of the instrument coefficient is corrected by software to improve the measurement accuracy;
EPROM is used to protect the accumulated flow from power failure for more than 10 years;
