LDC plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of flow meter developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. On the basis of retaining the advantages of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter, aiming at the defects of difficult installation and high cost of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter, according to the principle of nikurads, the average velocity of fluid is measured by electromagnetic method, So as to obtain the volume flow rate of the fluid. Especially after adopting the technology of opening under pressure and installation under pressure, the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed without water cut-off, or on cast iron pipes and cement pipes. The successful development of the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter provides a new method for the detection of fluid flow.
 
Product features
The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is easy to install in the official road flow detection, and can not cut off the flow;
It is suitable for water, sewage, acid, strong alkali and other liquid flow detection with conductivity above 5us / cm. The change of conductivity does not affect the change of performance, and it is very strong to adapt to the complex changes of fluid. It is especially suitable for flow measurement of water supply and drainage pipeline;
The flow meter has no mechanical movable parts, the converter adopts optimized design, the structure is compact and easy to install, the converter and sensor are interchangeable, and the measurement range can be freely changed (0.5m/s ~ 10m / s);
The flow detection is only related to the insertion depth, so the flowmeter has wide versatility and strong interchangeability. One model can be applied to the fluid measurement requirements of various specifications of pipelines;

Automatic range switching function. When the flowmeter changes in the flow range, the range can be automatically switched to ensure accurate measurement in the full range;
Positive and negative flow calculation function. Users can choose forward measurement or reverse measurement (factory is forward measurement);
Upper and lower limit alarm. The user can set the upper and lower limit instantaneous flow according to the needs. When the flow exceeds the upper or lower limit setting value, the buzzer will give an alarm or the relay will output (optional for the user);
ATC alarm. In the working state, when the flowmeter measures the empty pipe in the pipe, the instantaneous flow is zero, and the alarm is displayed in the upper right corner;
Power off protection, the calculation results of the flowmeter and the parameters set by the user will not be lost after power off, EEPROM can save the set parameters and cumulative values;
Small signal excision function. The user can set the lower limit voltage or lower limit flow through the display panel to cut off the interference small signal;
