LLQ series gas waist wheel flowmeter is an instrument for accurate measurement of gas flow. Based on the principle of volumetric measurement, it is used to accurately measure the total amount of gas flowing through the closed pipe. The basic type of flowmeter is composed of two parts: waist wheel flow sensor and flow totalizer (secondary meter)< br />

Product features
High precision and good repeatability. The internal rotor is precisely processed and balanced, no contact rotation, good oil lubrication, to ensure the accuracy of the flowmeter unchanged, long working life;
There is no need for straight pipe before and after the flowmeter, so it can be installed in narrow environment;
Small initial flow and wide range ratio are suitable for measuring gas flow with large load variation;

It is equipped with RS-485 communication interface and special signal concentrator to form a remote data acquisition and monitoring system through GPRS / CDMA, Internet and telephone network, which is convenient for centralized data acquisition and real-time management;
The circuit adopts surface mounting technology, compact mechanism, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability;
Using high performance microprocessor and modern digital filtering technology, the software has powerful function and high reliability;
It adopts floating-point operation and five section instrument coefficient automatic correction, and has the function of fault self diagnosis and alarm;
Adopting micro power consumption high technology, internal and external power supply, low power consumption;
Local display of flow value, with a variety of signal output functions;
High contrast liquid crystal display is adopted, which can display standard cumulative flow, standard volume flow, percentage of working condition volume flow, medium temperature, pressure value and percentage of battery capacity with Chinese prompt;
It has the function of real-time data storage, which can prevent the data loss when the battery is replaced or the power is suddenly turned off. In the power failure state, the internal parameters can be permanently saved;
The instrument has explosion-proof function, and the explosion-proof mark is Exia Ⅱ cT4;
The protection grade of flowmeter shell is IP65.
